Job summary

Dragonsea Group in Heston, West London is seeking a reliable Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the 00:00–08:00 operation, supervise the warehouse team and ensure parcels are unloaded, scanned, sorted and prepared for driver dispatch. This hands-on role requires strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, the ability to run the shift independently, and good communication.

Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, parcel delivery, courier or logistics operations is preferred.
• Previous Supervisor or Team Leader experience is preferred.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• Confident supervising and coordinating a small warehouse team.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills; able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the night shift warehouse team.
• Organise parcel unloading, scanning, sorting and route preparation.
• Allocate staff and tasks according to daily parcel volume.
• Ensure parcels are accurately sorted into the correct delivery routes.
• Monitor sorting progress and ensure operations remain on schedule.
• Check for missing, duplicated, mis‑sorted or exception parcels.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers during collection and loading.
• Ensure routes and parcels are ready for driver dispatch on time.
• Manage staff attendance, punctuality and shift performance.
• Maintain accurate operational and handover records.
• Report operational issues, shortages and exceptions to management.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Support the warehouse team directly during busy periods.
• Take responsibility for the smooth running of the night operation when management is not on site.
