Winner Recruitment is seeking a Temporary Sort Manager / Supervisor to lead a 20-40 person team in a busy parcel operation. You will drive performance, manage breaks and daily operations, and support trailer loading to meet strict KPIs.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, workforce management skills, and DBS checks. Immediate start with weekly pay and opportunities for progression within a global business.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/management experience in parcel/logistics/warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask to meet KPIs.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

• Use Google Sheets to monitor and record information.
• Start times may be brought forward during busy periods; flexibility is essential.
• Pervious experience in warehousing and production operations management is desired.

Pay: £15.01 per hour + £15 daily bonus
Nights, typically starting between 5:00 PM-6:00 PM
4 months ongoing

We are recruiting for a Temporary Sort Manager / Supervisor to join our client's global parcel operation.

You will lead a team of approximately 20-40 people, ensuring the smooth flow of parcels, strong performance and achievement of strict KPIs. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, with responsibility for workforce management, workforce breaks, trailer doors, incidents, compliance and health & safety.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory/management experience in a parcel, logistics, warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Experience working to KPIs and operational targets.
• Good IT skills, including Google Sheets.
• Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel between Oldbury and Smethwick.
• Flexible approach to working hours and changing business requirements.
• DBS and pre-employment checks will be required.
• No criminal hystory - DBS checks will be required if succesful.
• Must have full time Right to Work
