Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our Corby site, ensuring accurate picking and efficient loading/unloading of goods while maintaining high inventory control standards.

You will work Monday to Friday on rotating day shifts or a fixed night shift, with holiday pay, pension benefits and access to benefit apps. The role requires a proactive, safety-conscious approach and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience and understanding of inventory processes.
• Experience of driving MHE is desirable.
• Team player with a "one team" mindset.
• Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks and locations.
• Positive, can-do attitude with motivation to meet and exceed targets.
• Computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking of customer orders.
• Loading/unloading vehicles using counterbalance and electric pump truck.
• Working at heights to retrieve and store pallets.
• Highlighting any potential quality issues and reporting any accidents/ incidents on a timely manner.
• Working to a high standard of accuracy and productivity in all tasks.
• Complying with agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal working environment.
