GXO Cullompton (EX15 3FA) is hiring Warehouse Operatives for night shifts on a full-time, permanent basis. The site runs 24/7 and operates a 22:00–06:00 schedule, 40 hours per week with paid breaks.

The role offers an annual salary of £30,724.59, overtime at time and a half, 20 days annual leave plus holidays, a company pension and access to the Hapi App benefits platform. • Pick, scan and prepare stock using handheld devices.
• Build and check palletised orders for dispatch.
• Maintain quality checks and safe handling to ensure deliveries arrive in good condition.
• Support loading, unloading and keep the warehouse clean and efficient.
