Responsibilities

• Manage outbound schedule ensuring collection and delivery times.
• Issue instructions to staff for smooth workflow.
• Control paperwork for outbound vehicles ensuring accuracy.
• Be the point of contact for drivers upon arrival.
• Communicate issues to Shift Managers promptly.
• Maintain communication with transport providers.
• Produce detailed handover to following shift.
