Job summary

Culina Logistics in Nottingham is seeking a Control Room Operative to coordinate and monitor warehouse processes, ensuring loads are prepared and dispatched on time. This full-time permanent role requires accuracy, teamwork and the ability to work night shifts.

You will operate the WMS, allocate trailers, support operatives, and uphold Health & Safety standards while contributing to KPI performance. A competitive package and benefits await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Competent in verbal and numerical reasoning.
• Attention to detail/accuracy. Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor warehouse processes to ensure loads are picked and dispatched on time.
• Use WMS, including graphics, and communicate tasks to staff by phone or radio.
• Allocate trailers to bays and assist with RDT issues.
• Rectify faults in the system and direct areas to the correct section.
• Escalate issues to Technicians, Team Leaders, Shift Managers, IT, and DAI.
• Maintain Health & Safety rules and generate performance in line with KPI’s.
