Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager for the Primark Thrapston site in the United Kingdom. This full-time role leads cross-functional teams on a night shift (22:00–06:00) to hit safety and KPI targets while modeling strong leadership on the warehouse floor.

You will report to the Shift Manager and drive safety culture, accountability, and continuous improvement, balancing people, process, and cost management to achieve results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to drive safety and KPI performance.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to achieve KPIs while maintaining safety and product care.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S standards including 6S.
• Allocate daily work, manage headcount and overtime, and control costs against budget.
• Drive continuous improvement by reviewing processes and eliminating waste.
• Engage colleagues on the shop floor and deliver clear shift handovers.
