You’ll collaborate with maintenance to address stoppages and maintain clean, safe work areas, delivering high-quality shipments on time.

The role requires a night shift, a high school diploma or GED, and good English; strong attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential.

Formación

• Availability to work a night shift schedule, Monday through Friday, starting at 1:00 PM (8- to 10-hour shifts).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English due to safety sensitivity of this role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate and monitor warehouse automation machine center(s) to ensure efficiency.
• Troubleshoot stoppages and coordinate repairs with maintenance.
• Adjust equipment settings to optimize efficiency and output.
• Respond quickly to jams or issues to keep production on track.
• Maintain records and documentation of start-up, operation, and shut-down activities.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
