Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a fully automated warehouse in the United Kingdom. The role involves maintaining conveyors, cranes, lifters and monorail systems, with a focus on safe and efficient operation.

You will handle planned servicing, repairs and fault-finding across mechanical, electrical and electronic systems while keeping accurate records. The position requires working 8-hour shifts on a rotating pattern, with one Saturday in four, and a height exposure up to

Qualifications

Must be able to fault-find across mechanical, electrical and electronic systems.
Able to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and manuals.
Experience with CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

Carry out planned servicing and maintenance of automated material handling equipment.
Complete scheduled repairs per manufacturer recommendations.
Respond to and prioritise faults to minimise downtime.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
Maintain records of maintenance and repairs.
Support efficient flow of products by planning maintenance activities.
