Job summary

HR GO Group is seeking a Night Production Operative to join a modern, high-speed manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom. You will operate and monitor automated production and packing lines, ensuring targets are met while upholding quality, safety and efficiency.

Full training will be provided; prior experience in food manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments is welcomed. The role requires reliable transport due to shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, packaging, assembly or similar fast-paced environments.
• Full training will be provided.
• Own reliable transport due to site location.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production and packing equipment.
• Load materials and packaging supplies as required.
• Carry out quality inspections and product checks.
• Ensure products are packed and labelled correctly.
• Follow production schedules and work instructions.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Report machinery faults, defects, or quality concerns.
• Support line changeovers and production start-ups.
• Work collaboratively with Team Leaders and colleagues to meet production targets.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene procedures.
