Job summary

Menzies Distribution Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Daventry. This role will manage and support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of customer / suppliers stock and data input.

Also ensuring that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to. This role will ensure that all legislative and regulatory requirements are upheld and the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse supervision.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Competent with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor warehouse activities to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee use of automated and computerised systems and ensure data integrity.
• Maintain health and safety standards and regulatory compliance.
