Job summary

Hitachi Rail UK Limited in London is seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to develop and deliver the maintenance schedule for the IEP/WOE Class 800/2 fleets at the Train Maintenance Centre. You will liaise with Fleet Planning and Team Leaders to ensure timely, cost-effective execution of planned work.

The role requires experience with CMMS systems (SAP/Maximo/Equinox), strong organisational skills, and proactive problem-solving.

• Experience scheduling maintenance and production.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent problem solving and quick thinking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the maintenance schedule for the Train Maintenance Centre (TMC).
• Review, prioritise and schedule tasks with Team Leaders & Fleet Planning.
• Identify restrictions and resource capacity affecting the maintenance plan.
