easyHotel is recruiting a Night Shift - Team Member for our Oxford hotel on a permanent basis. The role offers a competitive salary of £13.05 per hour and the chance to be part of a growing international hotel group.

Your focus is to ensure guests have a great experience, starting with a friendly welcome, handling queries and maintaining room standards, with responsibilities including guest service, issue resolution and liaising with maintenance and housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience required.
• Fluent English required.
• Must hold a valid Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Happy with flexible working.
• Support with day to day operations.
• Be the first point of contact for the guest experience.
• Dealing with guest queries and complaints.
• Inspecting rooms and communicating with maintenance or housekeeping about issues.
• Ensure positive guest experiences and aim for 5* reviews.
• Operate the Apaleo hotel booking system effectively.
