Job summary

Superdrug in Greenhithe is seeking a Team Leader - Night Shifts to lead a fast-paced store and drive daily targets. You’ll motivate the team, manage operations, and deliver outstanding customer service in a night-time shift environment.

Hours are 36 per week with five 9pm–6am shifts (including weekends). The role pays £13.65 per hour, with benefits and training opportunities available as part of our ongoing supervision pathway.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best; help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Lead the team to hit targets and maintain smooth operation, especially during night shifts.
• Adapt to varying daily tasks; no two days are the same.
