Job summary

International Medical Group is seeking a Night Shift Team Leader to supervise the 24/7 Assistance team on a remote basis. You will oversee service delivery, coach Case Managers, manage escalations, and ensure regulatory compliance, with a 20:00–08:00 shift pattern.

The role offers a salary range of £31,500–£35,000 plus £5,000 night allowance and a 5% bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and a globally oriented team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a Team Leader or senior Case Manager role.
• Strong leadership and people management capability.
• Knowledge of FCA/FOS regulations and insurance practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Case Managers to deliver service.
• Act as first point of contact for queries and escalations.
• Monitor call performance, inboxes, and team productivity.
• Ensure cases meet policy, regulatory standards, and SLAs.
• Drive improvements and operational efficiency.
