Care UK is seeking a proactive care supervisor to lead and coordinate shifts, ensuring high-quality care for residents. You will liaise with families and healthcare professionals to create and deliver personalised care plans, and supervise staff to maintain standards of practice.

Responsibilities include medication administration, risk assessments, and collaboration with the leadership team to enhance services. A warm, professional, and compassionate approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising a care team.
• Ability to develop and review care plans.
• Experience with medication administration and related training.
• Strong IT skills and ability to allocate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising your shift.
• Case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
• Administering and recording medication.
• Carrying out risk assessments.
• Working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring residents remain as active and independent as possible.
• Working closely with the leadership team to develop services.
• Provide a fun, inclusive, and professional approach at all times.
