Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead for night shifts. You will lead store teams, ensure a great customer experience, and support day-to-day operations, including covering in the manager’s absence.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and excellent communication across store teams. Night shift pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a £2.35 night premium for hours midnight–6am.
