Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead Night role offers starting pay of £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some locations offering 12 hours.

Your contracted hours are scheduled within the provided availability windows with at least 3 weeks' notice. Responsibilities include leading the team to deliver a great in-store experience, working across all store areas, and coaching

Responsibilities

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries
