Greencore Northampton is seeking an experienced Team Leader to drive safety, quality and production across our campus. You will promote a positive HSE culture, monitor processes, and ensure the daily production plan is delivered with efficiency.

In this FMCG environment you will coach colleagues, lead on lean improvements, manage performance, and ensure equipment reliability through checks and interventions, while fostering an inclusive, motivated team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to lead a team and cover managerial responsibilities.
• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Food Hygiene and Food Safety qualifications/accreditations.
• Lean manufacturing experience to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive Health, Safety, and Environmental culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor production processes for food safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.
• Deliver productivity and efficiency targets within the area and resolve issues to meet daily plans.
• Analyse performance and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members and manage performance feedback.
