Job summary

Greencore Northampton is seeking dedicated production staff for a permanent full-time role. The position involves daily machinery start-up, fault reporting, label accuracy, and compliance checks within a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Numeracy and English language skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow H&S practices.
• Accurate and detail-oriented; works well under pressure.
• FMCG/Warehouse experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Daily machinery start-up and continuous oversight.
• Reporting machinery faults as necessary.
• Ensuring correct label usage to maintain high standards.
• Regular completion of compliance checks, including date and code verification.
• Adherence to compliance controls, risk assessments, and SSOW.
• Ensuring a safe working environment for colleagues and oneself.
• Performing quality checks and addressing food safety issues.
• Collaborating within a close-knit production team.
