Job summary

Are you a tenacious and motivating leader, with expereince working in large, diverse teams in a fast-paced energetic environment, looking for a new challenge?

I am looking for NIGHT SHIFT Team Leaders and Supervisors to join a very exciting and fast growing luxury clothing brand in Coventry.

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage, along with experience. Picking, Packing and Dispatch.

I am recruiting for a busy site, so you must be flexible in your approach.

Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 80 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI's, adhere to and moitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.

Salary £30-40k depending on expereince, plus other great benefits
