ACS Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to manage a busy delivery station in Coventry CV7. You will lead a team, ensure accurate processing of parcels and support daily KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a hands-on and proactive leader who can communicate effectively with warehouse teams and drivers. Flexible shifts, weekends may be required, 14:00-23:00, 40 hours weekly, immediate start with temp-to-perm after 12 weeks.

THE ROLE

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / Delivery Station Team Leader to join a busy delivery station in Coventry CV7.

You'll support the day-to-day operation, lead a team and ensure parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven environment where teamwork, communication and attention to detail are essential.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Essential:

• Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics, fulfilment or delivery environment
• Previous experience managing or leading a teamComfortable working to targets and KPIs

• A hands-on and proactive approach
• Flexibility to work different days, including weekends

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - You must be available to work 40 hours per week on a 5 out of 7-day shift pattern, 14:00 -23:00.

Working days will vary according to business requirements and can include weekends.

This is a temp-to-perm position after 12 successful weeks, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate.
