Job&Talent is seeking a Nights Supervisor for its Darlington site. The role focuses on operational delivery, workforce management, and strategic shift leadership during night hours (10pm–6am, Mon-Fri with possible other shifts).

You will plan workload, supervise staff, and collaborate with Team Leaders to ensure targets are met. Strong communication and fast-paced decision-making are essential in this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to plan and manage workload and labour deployment.
• Experience in leading and motivating a production/shift team.
• Strong written and verbal communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage workload and labour deployment.

• Maintain daily liaison with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Attend management meetings and contribute to decisions.
