Job summary

DX Network Services Limited is seeking a proactive Nightshift Team Leader to supervise the DX operation in Carlisle. You will lead by example, coach staff, and support the Shift Manager to hit productivity and KPI targets.

You'll oversee induction and ongoing training, promote health and safety, and foster a positive team environment that delivers excellent service and strengthens customer revenue. Prior supervisory experience in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/team leader roles in logistics or warehousing.
• Proactive training and development mindset.
• Ability to supervise shifts and support manager.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shift Manager to achieve productivity and KPI targets.
