Job Title: Night Shift Supervisor

Location: Newton Abbot, Devon

Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum + 2x Salary Life Assurance

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Supervisor to join a well-known UK manufacturer in the Newton Abbot area.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the performance of the production line and oversee a team of 12 engineers to ensure all KPIs are met.
2. Develop and implement production schedules, plans, and strategies aligned with company KPIs.
3. Coach and mentor staff within the team.
4. Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures, health, and safety measures.
5. Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Management or supervisory experience with the ability to provide feedback, training, and mentoring.
• Experience in creating and implementing production plans.
• Background in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience conducting TPM audits, accident reports, and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of Lead, 5S, 8D, and continuous improvement processes.
