We are opening a brand-new depot in Newtownabbey, Belfast this September and are looking for a Night Shift Supervisor to help lead the team. If you are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys motivating others, this could be your next career move.

We seek a Night Shift Supervisor to join our Belfast team, sharing our passion to delight customers. Be part of a new site from day one, helping shape its culture and success.

Joining our Depot Management Team, you will work alongside the Night Shift Manager, supporting depot operations. Your shift will typically start around 21:00, working any 5 days over 7.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of warehouse operatives and loaders to ensure smooth shifts
• Planning rotas, managing holidays, and maintaining operational efficiency
• Supporting transport operations and ensuring driver compliance
• Monitoring performance, productivity, and safety standards
• Driving quality improvements, reducing mis-sorts and damages, and achieving KPIs
• Coaching and developing team members
• Ensuring depot safety, security, and compliance
• Managing onboarding, absence, and recognition processes

Essential skills and experience:

• Strong operational knowledge and supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Confidence with data, reports, and performance metrics
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Proficiency with PC tools (Excel, email, systems)
• IOSH certification (desirable but not essential)
• Experience in transport or warehouse environments is a plus
