Job summary

Evri is hiring a Night Shift Supervisor for the Enfield Depot to lead a team of up to 50 colleagues and ensure smooth night-time operations. The role involves setting priorities, driving performance, and maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Typical shifts start around 22:00 and run five days out of seven; the ideal candidate will mentor staff, handle challenges on the floor, and work cross-functionally to keep the depot delivering through the night.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience leading and motivating a team.
• Experience within a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Ability to use own initiative and deliver against tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• An understanding of Transport Regulations would be an advantage.

• Identifying challenges and finding practical solutions in a fast-moving environment

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Night Shift Supervisor to join our Enfield Depot and help keep our operation moving through the night.

The role

As our Night Shift Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of a busy, fast-paced operation. You’ll lead a team of up to 50 colleagues, setting clear priorities, driving performance and making sure we deliver for our customers.

Our Night shift typically operates 5 days over 7 starting around 22:00, although finish times can vary depending on parcel volumes.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from people. You’ll need to think on your feet, make confident decisions and work collaboratively with colleagues across the depot.

• The ability to use your own initiative and deliver against tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• An understanding of Transport Regulations would be an advantage
• A collaborative approach with the confidence to take the lead when needed
