Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking Customer Team Members in a night-shift oriented, part-time role. The position covers 10pm–6am on specified nights, with 21 hours per week plus overtime and permanent contract.

Full, paid training is provided, and applicants must be 18 or older. You'll be part of a friendly store team, supporting daily operations, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and potentially handling post office, bakery, or online order-picking tasks depending on the store.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to work flexibly across shifts and as part of a team.
• Interest in retail; experience not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day store operations with friendly, helpful service.
• Work with your team to keep the store running smoothly.
• Hands-on on shop floor and tills, contributing to daily operations.
• Maintain shelves, check prices, dates, and stock accuracy.
• Promote Co-op membership and engage with customers and community.
