Job summary

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team during night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00. The role is permanent, part-time (32 hours per week) with regular overtime, based in a Co-op store in the UK.

Responsibilities include leading shifts, merchandising, stock checks, and supporting in-store services and post office or bakery tasks where relevant. You will champion Co-op membership, engage with the local community, and help drive customer service excellence while
