• Lead overnight replenishment across the store and prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and replenish shelves.
• Run full store operation overnight when needed, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
• Ensure standards are brilliant by morning so the store is ready to serve customers.
• Manage performance, capability, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay for the team.
