Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a small team of overnight managers to deliver replenishment for the next morning.
• Plan upcoming key trading activities with store leadership.
• Manage pay, scheduling, training, communication, and employee relations (performance, absence, disciplinaries).
• Own overnight store operations; coach for high standards and efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety for all colleagues on shift.
