Job summary

Primark Stores Limited in Leeds is seeking a Night Manager to lead overnight operations at our White Rose location. You will supervise deliveries, ensure stock readiness, and coordinate with daytime management to prepare for the following day.

The role offers a fixed-term full-time contract with 5 nights on, 3 off, a salary of £42,055 and 31 days' annual leave plus pension. An additional allowance of £21.50 per shift applies to night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experienced retail manager with leadership experience.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Proactive, highly organized with a focus on getting it right first time.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the replenishment of your store for the next day’s opening.
• Manage deliveries and coordinate with day management on product moves or price changes.
• Keep the store stocked, tidy and report stock issues as they arise.
• Allocate tasks to Night Retail Assistants, develop skills and keep the team motivated.
• Support personal development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
