Job summary

Morrisons is seeking a Night Manager in Leeds to lead, empower and support our night shift team. You’ll report to the Store Manager and ensure operations run safely, stock is in place, and the store is ready for trade each morning.

You’ll train, coach and develop colleagues, own department scheduling, and collaborate with other store managers to meet targets while keeping standards high and customers at the heart of everything you do.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to share information clearly.
• Ability to build positive relationships across the store.
• Attentive listening to colleagues and customers to improve daily.
