Job summary

Asda in Chelmsley Wood is seeking a Night Manager to lead the night team and keep the store running during the hours when the world sleeps. You will ensure top-level availability, stock presentation, and safety standards across all departments.

As part of the leadership team, you will follow a rolling rota, covering 4 nights out of 7, including weekends, and you will oversee operations as the store remains open 24 hours. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends.
