Job summary

Asda Livingston is seeking a Lead Night Manager to lead the night team and keep the store running while the world sleeps, ensuring we deliver the best availability and top shop floor standards across departments.

You’ll be accountable for night planning and execution in a larger-format store, working a rolling rota of four nights over seven including weekends, and overseeing operations through the night.

This role requires a hands-on leader, strong decision making and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in large-format retail grocery environment, overnight preferred.
• Ability to make decisions independently and drive process improvements.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the night team to ensure store is safe, compliant and stocked.
• Maintain high shopfloor standards and product availability across departments.
• Oversee night planning, execution of activities, and handover to day team.
