Job summary

Asda is recruiting a Lead Night Manager for Livingston. You will lead the night team, manage all night operations and ensure safety, availability, and shop floor standards while the world rests.

The role requires rolling rosters with 4 nights across 7 days and oversight of a 24-hour store. You will drive trading activity on night shift, coach colleagues, and ensure smooth handover to the day team with well-executed tasks and up-to-date POS.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a large-format retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude.
• Confidence in developing large teams and managing change.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends.
