Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are required.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 is preferred.
• Recognised Food Production Certificate or NVQ equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily food preparation and ensure top quality standards.
• Manage and coach kitchen team to deliver menus on time.
• Maintain cost parameters and manage dietary and food safety records.
• Collaborate with chefs at all levels and support menu development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and catering policies.
