Job summary

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent education required.
• Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2.
• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ Professional Cookery 1-3 or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in medium/large industrial kitchens or catering environments.

Responsibilities

• Produce food to highest standards within budgetary requirements.
• Lead daily food preparation and maintain high standards.
• Collaborate with Chefs at all levels.
• Maintain accurate records for food prep and safety compliance.
• Contribute to menu development and propositions.
