Job summary

Restore Information Management, part of Restore plc, is hiring a Service Delivery Operative in Swadlincote. The role covers 38.5 hours with a rotating 6pm–6am shift, Monday to Sunday, and a base salary of £26,026 per year plus an additional £1.75 per hour for night hours between 23:00 and 06:00.

Join our Physical Services team to help securely handle and destroy documents, protecting customers’ information and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Able to follow instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Track, check and protect customer information through careful handling and indexing of records.
• Complete and maintain accurate paperwork in line with procedures.
• Use Records Management system to manage records efficiently.
• Record and store incoming boxes, files, and documents in designated warehouse locations.
• Handle archive boxes and materials using safe working practices.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security standards.
• Support operational targets and service delivery.
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
