Job summary

Promatchconsultancy in Dingwall is recruiting for a night-shift role in our client's premium salmon processing team. You will work on a busy production line, gutting, filleting, washing, grading and boxing fish, with start times around 6pm and a guaranteed minimum 35 hours per week.

This role offers strong pay progression, overtime, and a clear path to permanency; agency contract with potential to move to a permanent position subject to performance and attendance.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hard-working with solid timekeeping.
• Team player with pride in doing things right.
• Comfortable in a manual, chilled environment.
• Flexible with shifts and hours.
• Experience in food production is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Feeding the production line.
• Using a knife to complete gutting and filleting of the fish.
• Washing and grading fish.
• Tagging, boxing and chill work (icing, lidding, palletising).
