Job summary

Be Personnel is seeking Primary Production Operatives to join a leading seafood company producing Atlantic salmon in Scotland. You will work on a production line preparing fresh salmon to customer specification.

Night shifts pay £14.60 per hour (including allowance) with overtime at 1.5x. Training is provided, with potential for permanent contracts for experienced staff, and 30 days annual leave after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Experience in food processing preferred, training will be provided.
• Reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic.
• Capable of physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible with shifts and able to adapt to a 2-2-3 pattern.

Be Personnel has immediate opportunities available for Primary Production Operatives to work with one of the largest seafood companies in the world and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon!

Shifts available:

• 09:30pm-06:00am on a 2-2-3 pattern, (Monday and Tuesday working, off Wednesday and Thursday, Friday Saturday and Sunday working. Week 2, Off Monday and Tuesday, working Wednesday and Thursday and off Friday Saturday Sunday).

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to preparing fresh salmon to customer specification.

The successful candidates will:

• Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment, however candidates who have manual work experience from within other industries will be considered as training will be provided
• Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
• Thrive working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
• Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
