Job summary

Care South is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Beauchamp House in Taunton. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, lead the Nursing Unit, and support our care teams while upholding Care South's HEART values.

We require an active NMC PIN and the ability to work 36.75 hours per week across 3 nights, including alternate weekends, with a 19:45–08:00 pattern.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NMC PIN and be currently registered.
• Lead on delivering exceptional clinical care to residents.
• Support and develop care teams within the home.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Nursing Unit – care planning and drug administration.
• Work with the management team to ensure quality care for all residents.
• Act as point of contact to residents’ family members and external healthcare contacts.
