Job summary

Care South is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Beauchamp House in Taunton. You will provide compassionate clinical care, manage care plans and medications, and work with the team to maintain high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active NMC PIN and a commitment to the HEART values. Shift pattern is 19:45–08:00, 36.75 hours per week over three nights, with alternate weekends. Competitive pay in line with local norms.

Pay: £24.44 per hour

Hours: 36.75 hours per week over 3 nights, to include alternate weekends

Shift Pattern: 19:45 - 08:00

What you will be doing

• Working at Care South, you will be able to apply your knowledge and nursing skills in a warm and homely environment, where you can create special bonds with residents and their families.
• Leading our Nursing Unit within the home – taking responsibility for care planning and drug administration.
• Working alongside management team to ensure quality care is delivered to all residents.
• Act as point of contact to residents’ family members and external healthcare contacts (GP’s & Hospital teams)
