Job summary

Care South is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shifts at Beauchamp House in Taunton. You will deliver high-quality clinical care to residents, lead the Nursing Unit, and support our care teams while upholding Care South's HEART values.

We require an active NMC PIN and the ability to work 36.75 hours per week across 3 nights, including alternate weekends, with a 19:45–08:00 pattern.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NMC PIN and be currently registered.
• Lead on delivering exceptional clinical care to residents.
• Support and develop care teams within the home.

Responsibilities

• Lead our Nursing Unit – care planning and drug administration.
• Work with the management team to ensure quality care for all residents.
• Act as point of contact to residents’ family members and external healthcare contacts.

Pay: £24.44 per hour

Hours: 36.75 hours per week over 3 nights, to include alternate weekends

Shift Pattern: 19:45 - 08:00

What you will be doing

• Working at Care South, you will be able to apply your knowledge and nursing skills in a warm and homely environment, where you can create special bonds with residents and their families.
• Leading our Nursing Unit within the home – taking responsibility for care planning and drug administration.
• Working alongside management team to ensure quality care is delivered to all residents.
• Act as point of contact to residents’ family members and external healthcare contacts (GP’s & Hospital teams)
