Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a busy store, motivate the team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations on the shop floor. You’ll be supported by a strong hourly rate with uplifts for bank holidays and night shifts, plus 30–35 days holiday pro rata and in‑store discounts.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
