IBC Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Residential Service in Mansfield. This role involves night shifts and is focused on delivering person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities, within a supportive team.

You will be part of a caring environment that offers training, progression, and recognised schemes while contributing to meaningful daily activities and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in care settings handling vulnerable adults with learning disabilities.
• Good communication, time management and IT skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and days.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support per individual care plans.
• Administer medication, prepare meals, clean and document activities.
• Offer emotional and practical support and encourage independence.
