We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Support Worker to provide dedicated one-to-one support to an adult with learning disabilities in Mansfield, whose support needs include behaviours of concern. This is a role built around therapeutic, person-centred care, helping the person we support build routine, confidence, and genuine independence in their own home and community.
You'll need the confidence, patience, and consistency to support someone through both good days and harder ones, always with dignity, choice, and their long-term wellbeing at the centre of what you do.
