Job summary

Ashlea Court Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN for night shifts. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week at £21.09 per hour, with PVG/NMC paid, pension and uniform provided, and 5.6 weeks annual leave.

You will deliver clinically led, person-centred care, assess needs, review plans, administer medicines, and lead the night team, ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with RGN or RMN status and active NMC PIN.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to lead shifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in a care home setting is beneficial, however we welcome nurses from a range of backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, clinically led care on night shifts.
• Assess needs, develop care plans, administer medication, monitor health.
• Lead shifts and support the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold standards.
