Bupa Mount Hall Care Home in Bollington, Macclesfield is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead the night shift, coordinate resident care, and provide clinical guidance to the team. The role focuses on safe medication administration, care-plan development, and ensuring high standards of care for residents.

You will work 8pm–8am, joining a supportive team while maintaining rigorous clinical and safety practices within a person-centred care environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience maintaining high clinical standards and policy compliance.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance and support care teams.
• Strong communication and handover skills.
• Experience night shift and working alone with limited support.

Responsabilités

• Oversee care unit and administer and order medication.
• Review and develop individualised care plans for residents.
• Coach and guide the team, providing teaching to colleagues.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
