Job summary

Sunnyview House Bupa Care Home in Beeston, Leeds is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night team. You will work 36 hours per week across three 12-hour shifts from 8pm to 8am, supporting residents with comprehensive nursing care and leading clinical guidance for the care team.

The role requires an NMC pin and demonstrable experience delivering person-centred care, planning and evaluating individualised care plans, and ensuring safety and standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience ensuring policies and standards are upheld.
• Ability to provide clinical guidance to care teams.
• Able to build connections with residents and families.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for handovers.
• Night shift autonomy and calm decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Coach and guide the care team, delivering teaching to colleagues and other professionals.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor areas to ensure safety and compliance with standards and legislation.
